great design, nice rooms, good location, but the staff...
Yes, we will go back, hope staff will become more experienced... The guy in the reception the night we arrived, excellent!! but, the next night...we asked for directions to a restaurant that some friends recommend and someone who suppose to be the concierge, (doesn’t have any idea), after many of our suggestions told us: let me call my brother and ask(what???????????). We asked for the car from the garage, and we wait until someone able to drive went to bring it. Restaurant and room service, very good. The hotel is inside a fenced area, with open resturants, shops, which is great and safe.

Superb Hotel Close and Convenient to Everything
Great experience at this wonderful hotel. Extremly friendly staff. Fantastic rooms with everything you could ever want at a hotel including a hi-fi with subwoofers, surround sound, dvd player, a choice of dvd’s in a specially designed drawer. Excellent exellent experience.
