Some issues
Our room had that faint, pervasive hotel odor of cigarette smoke mixed with cheesy air freshener, even though we were told it was nonsmoking. We had the bad luck of our thin-walled room being located next to a room in which loud, thumping music was being played. After some determined insistence, management was successful in quieting the noise, though not without interruption in our rest.

Hard to Get There from the Train Station
The hotel itself is quite fine, but getting to it if traveling by train is almost impossible as the town doesn’t have any public transit and there were no taxis.

Good for overnight near Malpensa/Milan Airport
The shuttle service was efficient and the front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant service was lacking but the food was adequate.
