wonderful in everyway!
easy to find! staff was wonderful and very helpful! the room was small but very venice style! the room was quiet and comfortable for sleep after 16 hr flight!

GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY
Venetian decor,clean and courteous with nice breakfast. Convenient location for major attractions. Lack of lift made getting heavy luggage to the 3rd story (2nd floor in Euro speak)difficult. No place to unpack and store clothing.

don’t stay on top floor
Hotel was very quiet, clean, friendly, and very convenient for what we needed (right near the Ghetto and canal), breakfast was free and very large in a nice setting. That said, we were on the 5th floor with no lift - four steep flights up was a hassle, especially with luggage! Also, the WiFi didn’t reach to our room, had to come downstairs to use it. Would stay again, but not above the third floor.
