I would probably stay at another hotel.
The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to the train station and most sites. However, it was unsettling and gross to find pubic hair in the bed sheets and bedcovers. The desk manager was skeptical at first until I showed her the hairs in the bedding. At that point, she seemed embarassed and apologetic for the condition of the bedding. After that experience, things just were not the same. The room just seemed dirty. Due to the hotel completely booked, i coud not be moved to another room. There was not a refrigerator or room safe. I had cameras, travel documents and cash that could not be left unsecured in the room. It was very inconvenient to secure property in the hotel safe and had to retrieve it. I loved Palermo but do not think I will be staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel
And they have 24 hour reception which is what we needed because we arrived in Palermo late, around 10pm. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again, and it’s very close to everything.
