Excellent location, excellent hotel
Good sized rooms in a new building. A tad small for your average American or Canadian but large compared to usual London hotel rooms. About a 3 min walk to Earls Court tube station. Internet was iffy a few times and of course the first reaction from the staff was "theres nothing wrong with the internet" and then "Its your computer that is the problem". When other people also complained about no internet then it got fixed. but nobody said sorry that we thought you were so stupid as to not know when the internet works or doesnt work - but that is typical of all hotel staff and all computer types. Otherwise fine. Will stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you like Indian food go to Masala Zone on Earls Court Road. Its about a 5 min. walk from the hotel.

Very Good Overall
Great location a few blocks from Paddington Station. Room was a bit small but comfortable, clean, and came with a fridge. Hotel staff had no problem switching from a room with one larger bed to a room with two single beds.
Traveler's tip on dining
Raffles has a good, cheap breakfast. A few Italian restaurants on the Raffles block have reasonably priced meals.

For the price I paid was this hotel was good value.
This hotel is in walking distance to Paddingon station so getting from and to Heathrow is easy - as is the tube access. A plus is free internet access at a fairly high speed. The hotel is in a pleasant street, its clean and the staff are friendly. There are several OK restaurants near the station. The single room I had was pretty small but adequate - but this is London where everything is small.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Not upmarket but for a business trip good value. Free high speed internet access (cabled) is always a welcome relief.
