Good location. But could be hard to find upon arrival.
Everything went well and no surprises - That is all we ask for, knowing we were in the most expensive real estate in Italy.

Jewel of a Hotel
The hotel was great. It was clean and everyone was very nice. The location was unbelieveable,just about five minutes away from San Marco Square. We were actual in middle of everything. The people at the front desk were all very helpful and even one young man help us carry our luggage up stairs. That was the only draw back. But after traveling in many cities in Italy, that was the way it was, stairs, with no elevators. Besides that great hotel. Breakfast was good and the lady in breakfast room was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
When you stay in this hotel it is so greatly located that you don’t need to use the water taxi. You can walk to everywhere. Only use the water taxi if you need to get off your feet.

Better than the picture shows
The size of the room was pretty good, the manager gave us a good room with sofa set and table. The only complain is it does not have the elevators so you have to carry your luggage to the third or 4th floor depending where you get your room, otherwise it was good.
