Getting there: The best way to reach the hotel is to hire a taxi or a car. The Chedi Muscat can arrange transfers to and from the airport for a surcharge. Minibuses are available from the highway outside of the airport to Muscat’s business centre every 10 minutes.

Getting around: The area surrounding the hotel can be negotiated on foot. Two bus lines operate throughout Muscat and its suburbs. One bus line operates green and red buses. They are a bit more expensive and are limited to the main highways and drop points, but are more reliable. The Baiza buses go almost anywhere, but are not as reliable and lack air conditioning. Taxis are readily available but visitors should ensure the rate is set before departing. Hiring a car is advised for exploring more of the surrounding area.
