Very nice hotel in a good location to see the city
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and kindly gave us directions and recommendations each time we left the property. Gave us a choice of rooms when we checked in and were flexible with parking. They moved the car for us when we parked in the wrong place, also let us leave it for several hours after check out so we could see a bit more of the city. Rooms were nice and spacious, although our room on the 2nd floor was very loud because it was above the cafe. They were moving furniture and setting up dishes quite early every morning. Also, some of the rooms have only views inside the building, but we knew that before we checked into the room. Free internet in the lobby is a bonus too!
Seville is a very confusing city to drive in with narrow streets, lots of one ways, and poorly marked streets (as in many cities in Spain). Once you find the hotel park your car and do not move it again until you leave!

Great location
The hotel is located next to a lovely plaza with outside cafe’s which have terrific food. We walked the streets in the historic section from our hotel. The hotel gave us directions and maps to the area. We were upgraded when we checked in to the hotel, so ended up with a suite with a separate sitting area. The room was wonderful with very comfortable beds and all the amenities we required. We would definitely return.

Be mindful of mild March weather
The few days we were there the temperature was in the upper 70s and the air conditioner was not working. When asking about why it was not working we were told that it was central for the whole building and that there was nothing that can be done. The only way to sleep comfortably was to open the window, but if it was facing the cafes and shops down below you were in for sleepless nights, especially on weekends. If it’s warm in March, request a room that faces the back of the hotel. Otherwise it’s very clean and modern; no complaints.
