Great hotel and great to work with
Beautiful hotel, first class all the way. Beyond the outstanding quality of the hotel and staff - We had a situation with Customs that led to early checkout and return flight to US. We contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel. Brookstreet went beyond their printed policy and credited us for days not stayed. Obviously they did not have to do that. We’ll be staying there anytime we go back to serve our client(s) in Ottawa in the future.
Make sure you have all permissions and documents required for your visit before leaving your home destination. Don’t depend on your client to know all requirements even if they are headquartered in Canada.
