Missing the Point
On arrival the entrance to the hotel was filled with vehicles. I went directly to the parking underground. The elevator led to the second floor. The indicators were not very clear. On the second floor I had to guess my way into the hotel through narrow doors and up a short flight of stairs onto the second floor. NO indicators that the lobby was down another elevator. The bar was bland and the restaurant was even more disappointing. The room had a strong smell of lacquer paint that did not go well with my asthma. The in room Internet did not work well, I had to call for assistance 3 times. To top things off, it took nearly 40 minutes to check out at 5:00 AM Starwood is my favorite brand and I would select a Starwood property over any other in the same area. However, I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.
