Nice Hotel - Mediocre Service
Power/Cable Outage: Hotel Service Manage was not aware of Tobago power outages in effect during the holiday weekend. Customers are paying for the convenience of electric and cable. It was recommended to the Hotel Manager that an attempt should be made to compensate the customers for the inconveniences. The Hotel manager was intolerant and not receptive to any suggestions.

Attempt to confirm whether the Hotel will have power and cable prior to your visit. Don’t expect any sympathy from the Hotel Manager. Taking your money is good enough service.
