Very poor maintanence, dirty chair, no lights 2 days in bath, tho reported to desk, no luggage cart to move out, much decline since I first staid there. I WAS a repeat customer. Not again.

Extended stay expectations
While your hotel was comfortable and clean, I did not expect that there wouldn’t be dish soap available and that my garbage wouldn’t be emptied for 4 days. I understand the concept of ’extended stay’, but I was only there for 4 days; as such, I think it would be a good idea to look at travelers who are not staying for long periods of time and treat them a little differently...provide dish soap, coffee filters and garbage service.
