Standards need improving
The rooms in general look very old and need to be upgraded. Compared with the standards of hotels you get in places like Dubai or Bali, this room was well below standards. Simple things like having a kettle available in the room or having strong enough air conditioning were missing. Even calling housekeeping to change the linen in the room after my baby had spilled something on the bed was too much to expect as I had to wait for over three hours for someone to respond and by that time they said the bed is dry and the linen cabinet is now locked. Service wise, the staff per se were good. I had some good conversations with them but the hotel overall needs to be managed better.
