Great location, easy to get to via water taxi and just one stop from water bus "vaporetto"
I would stay here again. All hotels in Venice are expensive, but we felt the price was very competative here for its location. Less than ten min was along the grand canal to San Marco .

Beautiful place
We enjoyed our stay and would go back and stay again. Location was perfect and very easy to find. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Perfect location
Perfect location to avoid the crowds. Took the more expensive room and had a great view on the canal. Nice part of Venice as it’s very residential and off the regular path of the tours. Easy to access from Arsenale boat station and very easy to take the boat to the airport.... on the Rossso line. Room was small but that is to be expected in a smaller hotel and for the price. Everything else was perfectly fine. Staff, in general , was very nice and attentive. I would stay here again..... Not sure what the rooms without view look like but my view was perfect. If you are going for the Biannale then this is the most perfect location.
Traveler's tip on dining
Traveler’s Tip: Galon down the street from the hotel was pricey but the food was excellent. The service was off at first, as they were serving locals before us, but once we complained they were very nice and apologized. Make a reservation early to sit outside. Just down the street is Hostaria All’ombra (both on Via Garibaldi) and this turned out to be a pleasant surprise the second night. Stick to the "menu" as it’s one of the great deals in Venice and the food was very good. E
