Good value for the money.
We returned to the Peachtree Inn for a long weekend with family. They provided adjoining rooms and great service. The breakfast is very basic but it served to get us going in the morning. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was courteous and pleasant. Compared to other hotels in the Kingston area this provided us with great value. I’d recommend it for anyone who isn’t looking for a lot of amenities but a decent bed to sleep in and easy access to the city and highways. We’ll definitely stay there again!

If you’re looking for some great micro brews then check out the Sleepless Goat Cafe and the Kingston Brew Pub. The Limestone Blues Festival is a great weekend of entertainment for only $10!!

Nice but a little far
For someone travelling to Kingston with a car, this would be a great place to stay. I, unfortunately, did not have a car and it made it a bit difficult to get in and out of town, although there is a good taxi service and a nearby bus station. Still, I didn’t realize one could not simply walk down Princess Street into town, as it were. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Wireless internet is included in the price, which was a nice ammenity. I felt like it was a good value for the price and would recommend it to people without reservation.

I found the downtown area of Kingston very charming. It offers a variety of shops, resteraunts, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance.
