The sheets were dirty! curtains were thin so it was like daylight all night long, there were sireans every 15 min. Don’t plan on sleeping in this Motel!

if you like to gamble, go to strip clubs, hike in the sierras, go to night clubs Reno is a good place to visit.

Good Rate, Good Room & Good Service

We had a great stay in Reno at Knights Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is also a plus. It’s so close to the casinos and I80. The staff went beyond the call of duty to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will return ... :-)

Would never go back to this hotel!

I had requested to have both rooms next to each other and the hotel wasn’t able to accomodate that for me. I also requested that I get no room service because I had left valuables behind in the room while we were out traveling and when we got back we realized that room service had came in and also moved some of our belongings which I did not appreciate. I would not recommend this hotel to any family or friends. Also on their add they mention they are accross the street from the El Dorado hotel but they are actually about 3 blocks away.

Affordable place

I would recommend this hotel for the traveler who wants to save money. My room was clean. It also had an air conditioning unit, which is great while you’re getting used to the climate. The people there are friendly and helpful, although the hotel is in a bit of a shady part of town.

Stay next door

My bed smelled like vomit (really). My son’s bed didn’t have a cover sheet, which I didn’t notice until morning because we were all way too sleepy when we got there. The lights didn’t work in my sister’s room until the management came up (they said that happens all the time); and her bed and her daughter’s bed were covered in hair. We quickly moved to a hotel next door, the next morning, even though the two rooms were prepaid for another night.

Asked for no-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. Also took more than 30 minutes for them to bring us extra towels.

exactly what you would expect.....

...if you didn’t pay very much for the night. it wasn’t fancy, but i didn’t pay the fancy price either. staff was nice, bed was comfy, room was clean, but there were cigarette burns on the tub. it is however very close to the main downtown area ( less than a 1/2 block). it was exactly what we were looking for: cheap, close, and pet friendly. perfect for a spontainous night in reno.

If its cheap then I will go back

This hotel was ok, cheap and close to everything, it wasn’t a four star hotel but it was descent for the price.

The room was dirty and very disgusting. I spent at least half hour just wipeing down the counters walls,doors air condintioner It was just gross.

OK TO SLEEP THERE

We were only there to sleep, so for that reason it was all right. If you our looking for comfort and if you are going to sprnd time there, you will probly want another place. So what we used it for, it worked. Very nice staff, please always tip your houskeeper they dont make alot.

Spent a day at Lake Tahoe, recomend doing the river boat ride, alot of fun it is called the Tahoe Gal. That was a blast

Kinda Dissappointed

There was really 2 main things that bothered me...When we checked in and got to our room there was NO TOILET PAPER. When we called the front desk and asked for some it took more than a half an hour to get it to us. The other complaint being that the hotel was very noisy you could hear lots of traffic noise and people walking around and cars in the parking lot etc.

Will Never Return

The housekeeping service was horrible. We were in the hotel for 3 days, sheets were not changed the garbage was not emptied and we had to literally beg to get fresh towels. It was my worst experience ever!

As far attractions the hotel is in a great location. Located right on the strip, everything is just a few blocks away.

Would not recommend

Beds were sunken in, towels were hard to come by, prostitute soliciting by the ice machine (literally)- walk to the main strip seemed a little shady and possibly dangerous. But the water pressure in the shower was good.

If you like greasy diner food, check out the nugget, across from harrah’s. The specials are very good.

I would never stay there again!

Ants in bathroom. Dirty floors. Had to ask for clean towels 3 times before I got them. Possible hookers visited rooms at night. 1 ice machine. Police and police helicopter were there for some reason during our stay. We did not feel safe there and I would not take a family with kids. The only reason we booked this hotel is because we were told it had been remodeled. The staff were alway’s nice but the service still never got any better.

Was ok

We wanted to keep the cost of this trip down so stayed here. Right in town. Very clean and we could see they are trying to improve the place. Good television and air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Will never return

We bought a package that included airfare and hotel stay through expedia that was the best deal we could find. The flights were fine, however, the hotel was a nightmare. When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Hard beds, no room service. We couldn’t even get a set of clean towels or a new roll of toilet paper during our 5 days stay. We will never return to that hotel.

Cheap Dump

If all you are looking for is just an average bed to crash on, then this place is for you.

Not Recommended!

When I arrived at the room after check in, it was grimy and not very clean. Sat on the bed and immediately started rolling tward the center. The walls were so thin you could hear people talking in normal voice next door. In addition, there were a bunch a drunk college people next door and another big drunk group right down the hall. The door was flimsy. Felt uncomfortable enough with the security as a single woman that I left immediately and ended up leaving without even bothering to check out and staying at a different hotel.

Good room

If all you want is a good room at a good price with no frills this is a good place. Rooms are clean and well kept, and is conveneint to the Virgiana St strip. There are no ground floor rooms might be the only draw back.

This place is Horrible!

Hotel looked like a place that should be rented out weekly to homeless people. My A/C did not work, room was dirty, there were knife marks in the floor of the bathroom etc etc. What a dump!
