great location
great location,close to transport,shops and football stadium.the staff and friendly and helpful but seem unwilling to offer any information without prompting.i would stay there again because it was affordable,clean and had a great buffet breakfast. one thing to note is that next time i stay there i will take my own sheets because i was bitten by bed bugs at this hotel along with many other hotels i stayed at in sweden.it was either bed bugs of fleas from the animals they let stay there. overall i thought it was a great hotel and would stay there again.

Change of room after complaint quality
After checking in i was not satisfied with the quality of the room offered. There are two parts in this hotel, a modern and an more oldfashion decorated part. My comments were that the paint on the wood was chipped, the style was oldfashion and overall i was dissapointed about what was offered to me by a 4 star hotel at a considerable price with the nice photo’s i viewed on the website when i booked it. I was offered a better room in the new part of the hotel and despite this room had the same floorspace it was better in quality and design. I consider the issue solved by this ’upgrade’. This hotel has an excellent location besides a metro station and stockholm centre is easily reached. Friendly staff. Nice overall atmosphere, interesting location in a shopping mall.
