Extended Stay America Orange County - Yorba Linda

Not impressed

I’ve been to LA recently for long weekend and stayed in this hotel for four days. 1. When I checked in their computer system went down. I had to fill the details again and was given a room key. 2. When I opened the room noticed that it was having only one queen size bed but I booked two queen size beds. 3. I came back to reception for a change and shifted all of my luggages to another room. It was not cleaned and sinc was clogged with water. 4. I was given one more room and finally I settled down there (depite a bad smell). It took more than an hour for me finally. 5. In the next three days the room key didn’t work three times and I had to come to reception to reset the key everytime. 6. Cleanliness of room was very average and struggled everyday with bathroom shower. Not very happy and only 2 stars.

You got to love it

Every time we go to the LA area to visit family and frends we stay at this hotel. It is convient to the Ontario Air Port, and to all the family ad frends we have in the area. The rooms have always been clean and if thing are missing or you need something the staff is there to assist you in every way possible. Just a short drive or walk away are all the resturants you really need and supermarket are close by. We will be there again im sure and I would recomend this place to anyone. It not the Ritz but it has everything we need when we come to California. Right off the Expressway to anywhere.

Good Value

Good hotel for price nothing fancy. Just wish there was a pool.
