The title may seem a little negative but the Holiday Inn Express in Kannapolis delivered on its promise to provide comfort and quality at a reasonable price - no more, no less. It was by no means extravagant but when you’re on a no frills, 2 day business trip to the outskirts of Charlotte, what more should one expect?
