Good location, quiet, relaxing, inexpensive.
We always stay here since they are so close to my sister’s house, and we’ve never had a bad stay. My parents also stay here every trip to Carolina Beach.

Not Impressed
Had to have key card reactivated every time we left the room, staff was NOT customer friendly until we checked out. When asked for card to be reactivated, an extra towel, asked for anything, my wife and I were trated like we were an inconvienience to them,"YOU DID SOMETHING TO MESS UP THE CARD","NO, that is ALL of we had of whatever you asked for"...If I hadn’t already paid for the room, We would have went elsewhere!!! We even heard sighs, huffs and puffs, from staff. There needs to be a staff OVERHAUL. I am in a mgmt. position and if my staff acted as such, there would be a MASSIVE HOUSECLEANING on employees.

Bring earplugs!
Very loud in our room! We could hear children running in the room above, slamming doors & talking in the adjacent room. Perfect place to stay for young families, but not for couples wanting to relax. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping.
