Carlton Hotel Guldsmeden is Great
This is a nice hotel about 5 blocks from central train station. We walked/biked/metro/S-Train everywhere from the hotel and saw everything there was to see in central Copenhagen. The staff was really helpful (we didn’t have a plan when we arrived). Breakfast was excellent, don’t miss it!

Well worth the price
The hotel is a little hard to find. A short walk from the Central (Kobenhaven) Station. Rooms are separated into the main bulding and then an annex section. Would recommend the rooms in the back of the hotel (annex) off the main street if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast was not included in my booking, and seemed to be expensive for what was available. 75 Kroner (DKK). Would recommend booking with breakfast or buying on your own, one nice bakery nearby or multiple at train station. The staff was very courteous and helped with dinner planning. The one issue I had was with the internet coverage. First of all, the internet is no long free - 20 DKK per day, but the coverage was not great in the annex. Overall good trip and good value for clean hotel with all you need.

Cozy and homey
Nice place a little out of the city center, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet which is not free, so be forewarned. Staff is very pleasant. Towels are pretty awful.
