Munich Hospitality
This was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had staying at a hotel. Sebastian was very helpful in providing us directions, recommendations for the "really good local food", suggestions on when and where to go, etc. The traditional German breakfast including sausages, cheeses, cereals, fruit and breads was fresh and tasty. The room was spotless and was serviced daily by their very kind and friendly housekeeper. The hotel is easy to get to using the tram from the train station. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in quiet, safe neighborhood
Charming hotel; Sebastian is a great host who will go out of his way to accomodate you; rooms are a little small-ish, but that’s OK - its a historical building; great breakfast; neighborhood is comfortable with quite a few cafes and a beer garden nearby; easy walk to Nymphenburg palace; tram and bus stops are close; we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Traveler's tip
From Munich airport, take the S-1 Sbahn to Laim; transfer to Bus 51, get off at Kemnatenstrasse; easy walk to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel
The rooms were nice, the breakfast a bonus, and the location fantastic. But the real draw herer is the staff. From the owners, to front desk, to the woman running the breakfast, and the cleaning woman. Everyone here is just wonderful. I have never stayed at a hotel with such great staff! Go and stay there, it’s as good as the reviews if not better!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
For 10 euro the combination ticket at Schloss Nymphenburg (3 blocks from the hotel) is a great deal, it includes admission to 4 places on the property and is a great way to spend a morning.
