Nice except for pool towel deal
Rooms were great; pool was great; breakfast buffet was nice ( a bit crowded and slow service some days). Our only complaint was the way they ran the pool towel service. It was not clear and we ended up paying $50 for 2 pool towels at the end of our stay because of a misunderstanding!

Center of Acapulco
We have stayed at this hotel for a few years and enjoy the location, pools and staff. We no longer rent a car as the hotel is so centrally located and a taxi is only 25 to 30 pesos to any of the locations we want to visit. All other attractions are within walking distance.

Great Hotel
Excellent Hotel, recommend to all. Great facilities and found the staff very helpful.
Use the shared cab from the airport if you dont have family or friends there.
