Absolutely fabulous!
Excellent location - convenient to access Cork City, airport and surrounding ports, resort towns and villages ... that’s of course if you can steal yourself away from the in-house leisure center! Very well upgraded and maintained hotel throughout. Comfortable room/bathroom/nice toiletries shampoo, bath/shower gel, lotion - no hair conditioner/shower cap, nice fluffy towels. Excellent, attentive service and generous hospitality in both bar and restaurant - was offered extra veg half way through meal! Great coffee in bar or on the outside deck.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
You have got to treat yourself to some daily time in the hotel’s leisure center - excellent gym with classes to attend, great pool/spa/sauna. Solarium (stand-up) available for Eur-3. Attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Cleanliness of mens changing room floor not good, mud/???? from guest shoes/boots - did get cleaned up within minutes of my complaint.
