not customer friendly
They were neither helpful or friendly,very dismissive.One is near everything including irate homeless and drugs.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
It is cheap and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not impressed
The hotel didn’t have an ice machine no pool no soda’s in the machine. Could only park one car there and none of that is mentioned on the website. It was however centrally located but I drove by it 3 times before I found it.

Filthy Hotel, Rude Manager
Located between a strip club and a library with drunks sleeping on the sidewalk this hotel does not engender a good first impression. The manager was surly to say the least, rude at best. I don’t know how this hotel was given 2 Stars? After reading the reviews of the hotel, then experiencing it, I can only say some of the reviews are very questionable. We were traveling and booked two nights while on the road via wifi. There was trouble right off the bat when the manager tried to argue us into taking a smoking room. The room we got was non-smoking??, but was filthy. You couldn’t walk across the carpet without your feet sticking and your socks were black within minutes. You received only thin facecloths and bath towels, no hand towels. My wife had to beg for a remote for the TV. My wife said it was the second worst hotel we had stayed in around the world (the worst was in New Orleans and had fresh bloodstains on the carpet). There are more rooms than parking spaces, so you may find yourself without parking if you leave and come back late.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Stay away from the Starline evening tour of Los Angeles and the Stars Homes. Worst tour ever. Highlight was the driver/guide pointing our the last K-Mart in LA!!!
