Ruze
Hotel Ruze is stylish, well maintained, with excellent breakfast, nice terrace where you can have a romantic dinner overlooking the river Vltava. The location is excellent, parking a little bit far if you carry luggage by yourself Standard rooms are really small even well equiped. Price is too high for that kind of hotel even in Prague.

bad hotel choice
dangerous room with with various height of ceiling beams,one very low one above the bed which had to be carefully avoided.breakfast unfriendly and unresponsive,clearing and removing buffet foods while we’re still eating during breakfast hours. other guests complained of no hot water insufficient response from management. others luggage blocking entrance for 24 hours

Very comfortable surroundings in a quaint, wonderful town not to be missed
The hotel is centrally located and easy to find in this beautiful village. It was once a convent and is furnished with antique but comfortable furnishings. The lobby and hallways are filled with interesting wax figures, etc. Service was very good. I would very likely stay there again.
Traveler's tip
Not to be missed, is a wonderful place to eat down by the riverside (opposite the castle) called U dwou Maryi It is a rennaissance theme. Order the sampler platter. I can be ordered for one to many people. It is some of the best food we had on our entire trip.
