Good location but check to see if the construction is done.
The room and service was nice, but there was construction going on when we were there on August 17-18th. There was no air conditioning, only a fan and the room was very warm on the summer night. The hotel is literally across the street from the train station and all the sights are within walking distance. There is a free breakfast in the morning in the restaurant.

Great location
Location of this hotel is great. It’s right next to the train station and a few minutes walk to old town. The hotel room and the bed are both small. Bathroom is tiny but well kept and very clean. The room looks like it’s been recently renovated. No A/C in room. The room gets uncomfortably hot even for our late May stay.

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Location
Stayed just one night on my way from Bernese Oberland to Zurich. The hotel is located just steps away from the Luzern train station. The hotel was nice, the room was nicer, staff were friendly and service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very good. In a nutshell, I couldn’t be more satisfied.
