Communication problem
Wonderful hotel in many ways. Great food, slick service and beautiful location. But why oh why dont they do something about internet access. The service is not very good. The wifi connection which is available only in the lobby is erratic at best. If you have any urgent business or pressing need for information you really have to use nearby internet cafes. Not good enough.
