Okay if you are not overly demanding
Services are adequate if you are modest on your demands. Staffs will answer your questions but not trained to go the extra mile for you. There is obvious more severe costs cutting in the complimentary breakfast. Choices were much more restricted from my previous visits. I had a hard time connecting my Google G1 phone to the free Wi-Fi. Data transfers kepy dropping rendering my phone useless. Still I would recomend it as a reasonable place to stay if you are just looking for a comfortable and clean bed.

Staff aloft, no one cares about missing items
I have a electronic measuring tape that I left in the room and did not bring out with me, and the nite before I checked out, I found it missing while packing. I immediately reported to the front desk, and the staff simply said the manager was not there and asked me to report it again in the morning. The next morning I reported the case again, the new front desk staff simply denied that their staff would take any customer item, and refused to take any action. Upon my request, they took my letter of complaint and up to now no one called nor returned my call. All staff were aloft and did not want to do anything to troubleshoot the problem. They simply brushed me away. With a plane to catch, I left without any results.

I’ll be back next year!
This was my first time staying in Markham for my school reunion. Most of my teachers and schoolmates live around the hotel area. I am very satisfied with the cost of the hotel, the cleanness and quietness of the room, the warmest greeting of the reception/customer service, the cozy place for breakfast. If we are having another reunion next year, I would recommend this hotel to my schoolmates from HK to stay.
Traveler's tip
To get the better quality of bath soap, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. I couldn’t use those I got in the bathroom, very unpleasant smelling and feeling.
