Nice hotel for the area
It is a nice hotel but located at the northern edge of town and it doesn’t have any recreational facilities at all. This is convenient for getting to Arches, but somewhat less convenient if you want to walk around Moab for dining/shopping. The room was quite large and the air conditioning machine was working well. The pool appeared clean but was always crowded with kids so nothing for relaxation after a long day in the surrounding parks. The free continental breakfast was typical of a HIE. It was packed every morning we came down so grab something early if you can! On the whole, it was a very nice, new hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and the free internet was useful. However, do keep in mind that this hotel is on the outskirts of town and not within walking distance of downtown Moab.

The hotel is dirty and the staff is not helpful. there are many good hotels in the area, but this is not one of them.

good place to stay near Arches
Arches Nat Park is only 2 miles away from the hotel. The hotel stuff was extremily helpful. I booked by mistake a smoking room and stuff made everything possible to clean up and to remove smell by ionoizer so I can sleep comfortably. And my clothes did not even have smoke smell the next day. Many thanks to the lady who worked at the night on 7.18.09!!!
