It was OK
If I had reason to go back to Venice I would stay here again as it was neat and in a good location. The hotel staff were not overly friendly or helpful at all. But we already had an idea of what we were doing so it didnt really matter.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Watch the "Free excursions" out to the Islands to see the glass made... They take you out there but dont bring you back.

Vacation in Venice
What a shame to be in such a splendid city surrounded by incredible beauty only to have the staff at your hotel spoil the atmosphere. I have been traveling for 20+ years all over the world on business and pleasure. In those years I have never been treated as rudely as I was by the reception desk staff at this hotel. I would strongly recommend you not use this hotel. I have been batteling with my creidt card company over erroneous charges and what was suppose to be a holiday has turned into a nightmare.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
As opposed to the water taxi’s take the water bus around Venice and out to Lido for a walk and lunch. You can see everything you need to and save serious $s.
