A disappointment
Hotel is relatively new, but rooms are small with few amenities. Worst of all, they have NO ELEVATOR. We were not told this as we signed in and had to haul our bags up the stairs to the second floor. The desk clerk circled the room on the first floor as our destination. I am very disappointed.
