Not Bad
Room was clean and the pool was cooling and the view was great. A/C was VERY loud and had to be on as it was over 100. The hotel is in need of updating but was clean and the staff friendly Bit pricey but it was July and Lake Powell.

Damn Bar & Grill 5 mins walk from Hotel. We read a review online saying best Damn Burger...it was very good and HUGE...1 between 2

Perfect Location
I can definetely recommend that Hotel. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was included. The pool is pretty under big trees.
Traveler's tip on dining
We eat at Damn Burger in the Damn Strip Mall around the corner from the Hotel. The restaurant is fantastic. They have the best burger we ever had in the States. You can’t beat the prices there.
