Breath of English-Speaking staff
We had just come from a tiny village in Tuscany with no English speakers. It was a breath of fresh air to be greeted in English by the hotel staff ; and also to converse in English instead of phrase book Italian.

Usual quality for money and location
The room very small, but this is usual for an old building in the center of the city;all in all, acceptable. Breakfast could be better even at that price and hotel category.

everything great except no free internet
Info that wireless is available in the entire hotel building is misleading because you expect free wireless to be available. Wireless is available, but you have to pay (external internet provider). Well, at least it is possible to check emails for free (15 min.) on the public computer. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and in the future I will choose this Group’s hotels.
