Never again

Stained carpets, clothes left in hallways (not kidding)I realize they are remodeling, but seriously, if you cannot give better environment, close during the project. I will never stay again. Too bad I purchased online....I would have never picked this place if I had seen it firsthand.

Dirty and worn out.

The hallways were dirty and smelled, both lights in the bath room were burnt out I had to had them replaced. Most of the lamps in the room either had no bulbs or did not work. The furniture was stained and old the dining table look like it was ready to fall apart. The room looked like it had not be updated in about 10to15 years. Would not stay there again .

Not Impressed

We went on a mini vacation with our children and online it looked like a nice hotel with an indoor pool. Online it didn’t bother to tell us that the hotel was currently being remodeled. We were stuck in a room that didn’t even have a bathroom door. The non smoking room smelled musty and like smoke. I know we won’t stay at this hotel again.

Call the Hotel Doctors: Immediate, emergency upgrade transfusion required.

This hotel needs an immediate transfusion: stained, shabby hall carpets, graffiti on soiled wallpaper, wifi only works in the lobby --name it! On the plus side: staff were pleasant and attentive, our balcony King suite was more-or-less okay, a generous breakfast was a pleasant surpise and the location is handy, but an emergency make-over is the only answer.

stay some where else

We were there for my sons graduation from the Army. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself needs an update. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The chairs were stained & falling apart. The mattresses were stained and uncomfortable. The pool is small. All this didnt effect our trip but I will find another hotel next time.

Need wireless inter in rooms, and should help you print.

The wireless internet did not work in my room. I had to go to the lobby of the hotel to access it. I had to print out my boarding pass for my flight and the hotel was unable to help me print anything.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay this is it. While the hotel is older and slightly outdated it is clean and the staff was very pleasant.

If you are going here for graduation of your child from Ft Jackson this is a very quick trip, just a couple of exits from the gate you need to enter. Very easy to get there in just a couple of minutes.
