Bad area

The area of the hotel is really bad. It nears the train track and a warehouse. The internet connection in the room is not working.

Don’t stay here. Don’t even look at it.

Stayed in the building by the track tracks even though I begged not to based on traveler reviews. Beds are hard as a rock. Walls are paper thin. Cable tv was fuzzy. Could get 5 channels in clear. Main building is up to date. No internet in back building. Bath fan barely came on.

The Caltrain is not as close as the map makes it out to be but it’s the best ride to downtown. Stay at CitiGarden or Holiday Inn. Anywhere but Here

It was okay

We were only in the area for a few days and only needed a place to change and sleep. It worked out good for us.

Kind and Clean. I’ll stay there again :)

Extremely close to the airport ...not to much travel......

Rooms were very clean and neat...Breakfast was also a plus...would stay at again.

Bad location and Internet not working and flush leaking

The location of the hotel is pretty bad as it is next to railway tracks and it is noisy almost till midnight. Plus the internet jack in our room was not working and it took them 1 day to figure out that it was not working. Also the toilet flush was leaking all the time. Plus our room location was not in the main building, so we had to walk outside for 5 mins crossing the railway tracks to reach to the reception.

Our Interesting Hotel Stay

We had a late night check in due to plane delays and we were anxious to get to our room. When we opend the door to our room it was already occupied! Fortunately the hotel had one(!) room left but I have never stayed anywhere where they gave my reservation to someone else!

Not impressed

First room hadn’t been cleaned. Rooms only had a sheer curtain, no curtain to keep out morning sun. Jacuzzi was not working (it was cold).

Nice place to spend time while awaiting your flight

This hotel met my every expectation and was very fairly priced. The only negative is they start breakfast 1 hour later on Saturday and I had to go elsewhere to eat because of any early flight.

The resturant that they share a parking lot with is exceptional for an airport resturant (and opens early)

GREAT PRICE!

The hotel was very clean with pleasant and helpful staff. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room (standard with 2 queen beds) was comfortable and the beds FIRM just like I like. The only suggestion would be to invest in firmer pillows. The breakfast bar was well stocked and offered variety. We will definitely stay in the future!

Convenient to SFO Airport

We landed at 11:30 pm from the East Coast and needed a place to stay before we hit the road the next morning. Hotel was fine for our needs.

Location is why

Our room(s) were fine - we couldn’t have know there would be a party of 20 somethings partying all night - so we moved at 2:30 am. Staff was very courteous. Parking was free on site. Continental breakfast was adequate and neat/clean.

Very nice hotel

I have stayed at other La Quinta Inn’s in other states and this one was just as nice as the others. Very nice room, lots of food for the free breakfast and the perple at the front desk were very helpful.

My girlfriend and I went down there to go to the San Francisco 49ers game and we just didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted. Also if I ever go to another 49ers game I will check with La Quinta Inn first because the price of their room was exactly the same as Expedia’s. No discount at all.

Convenience to SFO a big factor

We booked for 2 nights at this hotel on our way back from an Alaskan cruise. Convenience to SFO was a big factor in our decision because of a 6 am flight on the departure day. For this reason I would recommend but it was a medium hotel. Bedspreads needed laundering and carpet not too clean but overall bed was comfortable. They advertized breakfast but there was nothing left by 8 am only a hardboiled egg- misrepresentation on their part. Staff were friendly and helpful as was shuttle driver who was very efficient.

Budget Vacation

Hotel is fine if the price is right for a short stay. Staying in the front building is reccomended. No amentities in the Hotel except neat pool and free waffles. Convenient driving to the city and airport.

1. Improve customers necessities; Example; small microwave, refrigerator in the rooms 2. The breakfast is exceptional but the daily menu need a modification some days.

Good place for local attraction, connections to other countys, and states.

Nice place for the money

A bit of a commute to downtown but if you have a car, it is just next to the highway and if not, take the free shuttle to SFO (very prompt,evey half hour) and take BART to town. Great free breakfast. Rooms were very quiet. Dont bother with the pool, it is too cold in San Francisco. Lyons Restaurant is directly in front of the hotel. Prices were reasonalbe, food very good and portions large.

Would not go back

checked in at 11:30 pm to catch an early flight out the next morning. Once in the room I was very surprised how low to the floor the beds were. I did not find them to be comfortable either. I kinda found the room to be creepy. Needless to say I was there to sleep. Woke up at 4:00am and was gone by 4:30. I will say that it was extremely close tot eh airport. Did not think it was worth the amount per night I paid.

Nice Hotel

We enjoyed our stay. We were near the railroad tracks, but didn’t hear any trains. A couple of planes did fly over, but the hotel is near SF aiport. I was disappointed that we got a smoking room, but we arrived late in the evening. They offered an air filter. The hotel is undergoing a remodel and will probably be 5’s when completed.

San Fran visit

Thought staying by airport would be cheap and convenient, worked out to be okay, Hotel is only 10-15 minutes from downtown, thought price was fair, has windows that I could open which I like, toilet flushed slowly which always scares me, best continental breakfast I’ve had - way above average. Staff was helpful and friendly.
