An excellent hotel in Istanbul
From the very moment I entered this hotel I felt good. The people at the reception as well as the entire staff were extremely nice and friendly and very helpful throughout my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was large and comfortable and well airconditioned, the bed one of the best hotel beds I have experienced, and so on and on. Even though located in a busy area in the old city, parking was free, i.e. paid by the hotel, in the public parking place underneath, and the hotel elevator went all the way down to the parking on the -1 level. Being a coffee drinker who loves a good cup of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, my only complaint was the instant coffee served at breakfast. Otherwise, the breakfast was good with a selection of breakfast food for everyones taste. The hotel is very well located and within easy walking distance from most of the tourist attractions in the old city. I highly recommend this hotel

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
some of the tours were nice and give you a little site seeing. If you walk up the hill you will be at the grand bazzar and then you can take the tram to other attraction and spend a little more time enjoying the sites. The people are very nice. if you walk down the hill to the block and turn right there is a little market you can get drinks and snacks.
