Top-notch hotel!
This is the second time we’ve stayed there and will again when we’re back in cleveland. The staff is superb and housekeeping can’t be beat. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t up to par, but acceptable. Certainly not enough to mar the overall perfection of this hotel!
