nice hotel but no so good neighbourhood
The usual Holiday Inn quality expectation is met (so is the rate!). Nice hotel, clean with very comfy beds. Just that it is probably located in no-so-good neighbourhood. I went out to the front entrance for a smoke around mid-night, saw a homeless guy picking cigarettes buds from the trash can and a group of kids skateboarding through the entrance while making loud noise along their way.

Good Hotel for Price, Good Location
This is a very nice hotel for the price. I had a very comfortable king size bed and jacuzzi in my room (a definite plus on a business trip!) I dined in via room service every night from the on-site restaurant and I must say the food was very good. I was impressed! I had the breakfast every morning that is included in the rate. It was fairly good. You can have fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, along with eggs, potatoes, and waffles. Each night you are offered 2 free drinks in the (very small) bar which I thought was nice. Not much choice, but hey, it’s free! The "gym" had 4 machines in it..quite small also. My only complaint was noise in the hallway and the room above me. The walls seem to be quite thin. I was in a room on the end and I could hear the ice machine out in the hallway along with guests talking and making noise. The people in the room above me sounded as if they were stomping VERY loudly, I am glad I always bring earplugs when staying out of town. The location is also excellent.

Good business trip hotel
Hotel is a bit older. However, it is in good condition. Clean room and nice, clean bathroom. Excellent value for the price.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Try to use a GPS, or mapping system. Restaurants are not far, but a little tough to find without a map.
