Great Customer Service
The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I was there on business, and the staff exceeded expectations in helping with the wireless internet issues and delivery of business documents to the hotel.

Decent
This hotel is located in an area of what seems like nearly all of Fargo’s hotels (and I have stayed at a number of them) - and it looks like most all of the them - boring. But the rooms are nice, the price was good and the service was good.
