Showcase-perfect!
Hotel is superior in its cleanliness and arrangements, but personnel made unforgettable impression. Everyone is so helpful, polite, accommodating and sincere! It was a real pleasure staying there and, definitely, DoubleTree is on my "A"-list for future stays. Thank you all, but specifically, Tori at front desk.

$30 a day
I paid for this hotel in advance but upon arrival, we were charged $30 a day for 5 days on credit card for expenses not accrued on stay, but "just in case" we had incidentals. We were actually locked out of the room when my card did not go thru and without notice, written or otherwise. We had another card but we truly felt like criminals the way we were treated. We will never go back to a Hilton hotel. The hot tub didn’t work, there was not outside seating by the pool, the pond or in the front.

Doubletree Arlington Heights-Excellent!
This hotel was clean and quiet. Amenities were not bad although we only stayed one night and were not able to use much of them. At check in the warm chocolate chip cookies are a bonus! Delicious! Thanks Doubletree Arlington!
