Excellent location in City
Possibly the best hotel choice in Jogja, clean, well maintained, attentive staff. Negotiate transfer to airport to equivalent price charged from airport to City. Adequate restaurant with wide range of food choices. Drinks expensive.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Visit Borobudor Temple Complex, negotiate transport. Attend Ramayana Ballet/Opera evening. Beware of gouge by transfer operator who quotes per transaction and then charges per person. Negotiate transfer to airport to equivalent price charged from airport to City.

Very nice place to stay
Beautiful hotel. We stayed on the executive floor (6th floor) which was only a few dollars more. They had free internet, a lounge, and food in the afternoon. The room was very nice and quiet with a view of the pool and gardens. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The coffee shop/restaurant is good with a nice buffet for most meals. There is a chinese restaurant also. The spa has all the usual things available, also quite reasonable. The location of the hotel in Yogyakarta is good, about a mile from the Kraton. We didnt explore the city at all this trip.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Arrange for a car and driver to take you to the different sites in the area. There is a travel agent in the hotel (not part of the hotel) that can set it up. The cost was less than going by tour bus and you can stay as long as you want. There are guides available at the major attractions (Borobudur and Prambanan) for about $5.

Good for the price
I got it for 65 usd the night (plus taxes), it was a very good price. It is one of the best hotels in the city, considering the price, it is a very good value for your money. I think that if you pay No More than 100 usd per night, it is a very good option. Also location is good.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Yogya is a very interesting city, my reccomendation is that you should know in advance what to visit, or hire a local tour. You can almost visit everything there, including borobudur and the other hindi temples in the same weekend. Just have well identified what you want to see. During Ramadan, the nights are boring there. Avoid Ramadan dates.
