Orlando FL
Everyone was really nice. THE Construction did not bother us at all. All the staff was great. The Pool Staff ROCKS....they were awesome.

This hotel is nothing special.
Bell boy badgered me about leaving the car unattended for one minute while I was delivering my luggage to the lobby. There is a construction site where the hotel is expanding. Parking is on the otherside of the construction site about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel and then they charge about $13 per night for parking. Free coffee is only available in the lobby until 8:30 am. TV in room was not postioned where it could easily be seen from the bed without blocking access to the sitting area. We also stayed at a Days Inn and it was on par with this hotel and perhaps a little more convenient.

Looking forward to my next visit
The friendlyness of the staff from the time you arrive till you depart is really great. Everything you needed was just a phone call away, from valet parking to concierge. However the only issue I had was with their Capriccio Grill and their Signature Dish. It was awful, the presentation was diabolical with the Rib Eye just sitting there on a plate, and the side dishes on two separate plates. The Rib Eye was full of sinew and grissle, and there was just so much waste. I shall not continue with this issue. The valet parking service was just amazing and the staff there were just happy and full of information - keep it up!
