I will not attend again.
I was with the Anime Banzai Convention during October 16th-18th. While the hotel itself was fantastic, the staff and way we were treated was not impressive. Though our culture and costumes are strange, we are still paying customers and deserve the same respect as your other guests. We do not appreciate snide remarks, glares or insults. You were all very rude to spite the money our convention brought to your hotel. I am very glad we will not be visiting your location in the future. -thank you.

THE BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA, GOOD PRICES, EXCELENT SERVICE
JUST ONE SUGGESTION, CUT HE GRASS AROUND THE POOL, IS TRUE THAT SALT LAKE IS A COLD CITY, BUT MAYBE SOME OTHERS LIKE ME, ENJOY WALK IN HIS HOTEL TO KNOW IT
