Holiday Inn at Visalia
Very good hotel with both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Only, its about 3 miles away from down town though, it is right next to the airport (if you use it).

Very pleasantly surprised!
This hotel provided much more than we were expecting-courteous personnel, very comfortable bed, a selection of pillows (really!), great shower. Plus a restaurant with reasonable prices. It’s difficult to come up with a negative. Since we were driving through, we were able compare several hotels over several days-this rated at the top.
