Disappointed
We stayed here at a long trip and hoping to get the 4-star treatment, and was very disappointed. There were water leaks all over the top floor, including a very bad one right outside of our room. The business center was disappointing and was difficult to use. They only had two computers, rather than three and no apple like they advertised throughout the hotel, and one of the computers had a bad virus and could not be used. There was no printer at the location and had to print using a website to print to the front desk. Very inconvenient. Was not impressed, did not receive 4-star treatment!

the hotel was great. it made me feel like i was at home. th bes was very comfortable and soft.
