Just passing through
We found this hotel to be a great place to stay overnight. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Beds are really comfortable too, and the room size was definitely a plus. I must say we enjoyed the delicious full hot breakfast that they offer as well. We would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

Not the Usual Hampton
The desk clerks are more disinterested clerks than concierges. Not friendly, more engaged with conversations between each other than of greeting and accommodating their customers. One morning my wallet fell out of my bag which I discovered after my 10 mile trip to the office. I immediately called the hotel being concerned about my charge cards. The girl at the desk--after several requests and explanations--finally told me that she would check it out and call me back. After 30 stressful minutes I finally decided to drive back to the hotel myself. Two clerks were at the desk comparing their manicures, I was told that they asked the housekeeper to check for my "missing charge card". I went up to the room to find the housekeeper go through the sheets and immediately saw my wallet on the floor...near the bed.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Don’t stay in Colton, the Ontario airport or San Bernadino is not that far away, spend an extra 10 or 15 minutes for nicer hotels at the same price, and for service that business travelers need.

If I am back in the area, I will stay here again. Quiet, soft beds, great service.
