Good deal
Overall great hotel. Need better internet access in rooms. Carpet in hallway was stained and gross, but rooms were very clean.

Great benefits for the price
The location wasn’t the best, but they make up for that with their free shuttle service to the riverwalk, mall, and market. If you would prefer to walk, it was only a few blocks from the mall. The morning breakfast was delicious and we didn’t have to pay for parking like most of the hotels in the area. Overall it was a great choice.

I stayed there the second week in September for 3 days.I really enjoyed my stay there it was really nice the hotel was really clean and descent.housekeeping was really nice and friendly.my room was always clean and neat.the courtesy van was really helpful and plus the front desk persons were very knowledgeable of San Antonio.example:the mall ,where the nearest walmart was located,a blockbuster video,a place to go and relax.I really felt relaxed and at home there.I hated 2 leave.plus the complimentary breakfast was really good it wasnt like most places I stayed before each day it was something different and plus the food was hot.i rate this hotel a 10 plus.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
the hotel was in walking distance if u just felt like taking a stroll.plus it was very close to all the attractions and the highway.I really saved on gas by using the courtesy van the hotel provided they dopped me off and picked me back up all I had to do was call the front desk and give my room number and they would let me know the next pickup time plus they were always on time.
