The helpful staff put this hotel at the top!
From my check-in to my departure, the staff was there to assist, with smiles, and added hints and tips for getting around. This was my first business trip to Raleigh and it was great! The dinner next door at the steakhouse was excellent. And try the fresh-brewed coffee right at your table! 10 times better than starbucks.

The beds were great. There was food in the dining room all the time. The airport shuttle was easy and converient. I will go back often

Hotel stinks
The whole hotel smelled like a stale ashtray. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it wasn’t.
