Not a five star
This hotel is not a five star hotel. rooms are small and the ones facing the street are very noisy. When asking to move from a noisy room to a quieter one, we got the run around and front desk service was sub par. Any information we gathered about buses and trams, we had to drag out of them. Unhelpful to say the least. They need a course in customer service. The dining room for breakfast was acceptable but the waiters who get coffee and tea will not get it for you if you are a woman. The pool was for decoration as it was unheated and there were no lounge chairs to sit on. I would not recommend this hotel.
